Reviews are the #1 ranking factor for Google Maps. Send your GBP review link to every satisfied client via WhatsApp. Target: 10 reviews in your first month, then 2-3 per month ongoing. Always respond to every review — good and bad.
GBP has a Posts feature — treat it like a mini social media platform. Post your latest work, offers, blog articles and business news weekly. Businesses that post regularly rank higher in local search.
