How We Work,
Step by Step, With Your Approval
Every project follows the same clear path: discovery, written proposal, content, design approval, staged build, launch and support. You always know what happens next.
From First Call
to a Site You Can Rely On
The same seven steps apply whether you are in Dombivli or Dallas. Each step ends with your approval, so you are never surprised.
Discovery call
A 20 to 30 minute conversation about your business, your customers, what you sell and what a good result looks like. We ask about competitors you admire, the enquiries you want more of and any systems the project must connect to.
You: describe your goals and send any existing material. Us: ask questions and summarise what we heard.
Written proposal
Within a few working days you receive a written scope: the pages or features, what is included and not, the timeline, who does what and the quote. Nothing starts until you approve it.
You: review, ask questions and approve. Us: adjust the scope until it is right.
Content and structure
We agree the page list and the message for each page. You send text, photographs and logos, or we help write and source them. For larger sites we create a simple sitemap first.
You: supply or approve content. Us: organise it so visitors find answers quickly.
Design for approval
We design the home page and one inner page in your brand style. You review them on desktop and phone and ask for changes before any development begins.
You: give feedback in one consolidated round if you can. Us: refine until you approve.
Build in stages
We build on a private preview site you can open at any time. Forms, buttons, speed and security are tested as we go, and you see progress at agreed points.
You: review each stage. Us: build, test on real phones and report.
Launch
We connect your domain, switch on security and tracking, set up Google Search Console and analytics, redirect old pages if you are replacing a site and test everything again on the live address.
You: confirm go-live. Us: launch, monitor and fix anything that appears.
Support and growth
After launch you get a support period to fix issues. If you want ongoing updates, backups and security checks, our website management programme covers them, and SEO and social media can continue the work.
You: tell us what changes. Us: keep the site healthy and improving.
Three Things That Keep
Projects on Schedule
Most delays have nothing to do with development. They come from waiting for content, feedback or decisions. If you can help with these three, projects move quickly.
- One person who can approve decisions for your side
- Text, photographs and logos, ready or with our help to prepare them
- Feedback in consolidated rounds instead of piecemeal changes
Clear, Written and
Time-Zone Friendly
We use email and WhatsApp for day-to-day questions, scheduled video calls for reviews and written summaries after every milestone. For clients overseas we agree a regular call time that suits both sides and keep decisions in writing.
- A named person responsible for your project
- Regular progress updates at agreed points
- A private preview link available throughout the build
- Written approval records for scope and design
You Own
What We Build
The finished website, your domain and your hosting accounts are yours. We document what we build so that you are never locked in, and the terms are agreed in writing at the start.
Frequently Asked
How long does a project take?
It depends on size and how quickly content and feedback arrive. A typical business website takes a few weeks. Your written proposal states the timeline.
Can I see progress before launch?
Yes. We work on a private preview site you can open at any time.
What if I want changes after approval?
Small changes are normal. Larger changes that alter the agreed scope are discussed and quoted before we do them.
What happens after launch?
You receive a support period, and you can continue with our website management programme for updates, backups and security.
Do you work with overseas clients?
Yes. See our international page.
