By accessing dtechenterprises.in or engaging D-Tech Enterprises for any service, you agree to these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
D-Tech Enterprises provides digital services including website design, e-commerce development, social media management, SEO, branding and annual maintenance. Scope of any engagement is defined by the signed proposal or statement of work.
Standard schedule: 50% advance before commencement, 25% on design approval, 25% before final delivery. Invoices due within 7 days. Late payments accrue 2% per month. Work may be paused if payment is overdue by 14+ days.
Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. D-Tech Enterprises retains rights to all tools, frameworks and processes used in development. D-Tech reserves the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
The client agrees to: provide required content within 5 working days of kickoff; respond to design reviews within 5 working days; ensure all provided content is legally owned or licensed. Client delays may affect timelines.
D-Tech Enterprises' total liability shall not exceed total fees paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of profits or data.
You may use dtechenterprises.in for lawful purposes only. You must not: use automated tools to scrape data; attempt unauthorised access; distribute malware; impersonate D-Tech Enterprises.
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Thane, Maharashtra. Courts of Thane have exclusive jurisdiction.
